You Are Not Alone
Pelvic floor symptoms can show up after pregnancy, after surgery, during menopause, or with no obvious trigger at all. A lot of women get used to mapping bathrooms, skipping workouts, and bracing through long days. You deserve better than coping. We start by hearing what’s been happening, then we connect the dots between your breathing, core, hips, posture, and pelvic support so the plan matches what sets off your symptoms.

WE HANDLE THE PAPERWORK FOR YOU
YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. WE HAVE ANSWERS
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can pelvic floor PT help if I feel pressure or heaviness, especially later in the day?
Yes, that “heavy” feeling is common, especially after long days or lots of standing. Therapy focuses on pressure control and support so your body holds up better as you get tired.
I leak a little during workouts. Should I stop running or jumping?
Usually no, you just may need a smarter build-back. We tighten up timing, breathing, and support first, then reintroduce impact in steps.
What if I’m not sure whether my problem is pelvic floor related or something else?
That’s normal, since symptoms can overlap with hips, low back, and core issues. The evaluation helps sort it out so you’re not guessing.
Do I have to do an internal exam to get results?
No. You can start with external testing and movement-based work, and you stay in control the whole time.
What should I do before my first appointment in Gilbert?
Note when symptoms happen and what triggers them, even a quick phone note helps. Bring postpartum or surgical info if you have it, and if you don’t, it’s still okay.
