Ailments
HEAD
Head pain can drain you fast. It might start behind the eyes, creep toward your temples, or feel like your skull’s in a vise. Most of the time, it’s tension that’s built up in your neck or jaw. We figure out where it’s really coming from, ease that strain, and walk you through what to do if it comes back.
NECK
Neck pain tends to sneak in from everyday life. Long commutes, phone time, even bad pillows make it worse. Some people feel it as stiffness, others like a sharp tug when turning. We loosen the muscles that lock up, strengthen the ones that don’t pull their weight, and help you move without wincing.
BACK
A bad back can stop everything. It could be a dull ache after sitting all day or a sudden shot of pain when you lift wrong. We look at how you sit, stand, and move. Once we rebuild support through your core and reset your posture, most people notice their back finally relaxing again.
HIP
When your hips hurt, you feel it everywhere. It messes with how you walk, how you sleep, even how you sit. Sometimes it’s tight muscles, sometimes it’s weakness that’s been ignored too long. We use balance work, stretching, and strength training to get things moving again.
ELBOW
Elbow pain usually sneaks in from repetition from typing, lifting, sports, even carrying groceries. The tendons get irritated and stay that way. We calm it down with hands-on work, then rebuild strength so you can go back to normal use without that sharp sting.
WRIST
Wrist pain shows up fast when your hands are busy all day. Typing, gripping tools, or weight training can overload the joint. We help you rest it right, retrain movement, and build strength slowly so it heals for good.
HAND
Your hands handle everything, so when they hurt, nothing feels simple. Arthritis, overuse, or tension from stress can make them stiff or weak. We test how they move, find what’s limiting you, and rebuild grip and flexibility so you can get back to using them without hesitation.
KNEE
Knees take the hit for a lot of things—poor shoes, weak hips, tight quads. Once they start aching, it’s hard to ignore. We build up the muscles that support the joint and help you move smoother with less pressure through your knees.
ANKLE
A sore ankle can make your whole body feel unsteady. Old sprains that never healed right are often the cause. We focus on motion, control, and strength until every step feels stable again.
FOOT
Foot pain changes how you move. Sometimes it’s from flat arches, sometimes from tight calves or bad shoes. We trace what’s off, correct your stride, and relieve tension so you’re not limping through your day.
TOE
Toe pain may seem minor, but it messes with your balance fast. We loosen stiff joints, wake up weak muscles, and help your feet feel steady again.
PELVIC
Pelvic pain shows up for a lot of reasons like tight muscles, weak core support, or recovery after injury. The work here is slow and gentle. With guided movement and breathing, we help things settle so you feel back in control again.
