You’re Not Alone

Pelvic floor symptoms can show up after pregnancy, after surgery, during menopause, or without a clear reason at all. Many women adjust quietly, liners in the purse, skipping certain movements, bracing through long days. You don’t have to keep managing it alone. We listen first, then look at how your breathing, posture, hips, and core affect pelvic support so your plan matches what’s actually causing symptoms.

THE ROADMAP

A Clear Path Forward

Simple care from the first visit, with progress you can feel.

01

Evaluate And Understand

WE LISTEN FIRST

Your first visit starts with your story and what you want to change. We assess how your pelvic floor works with breathing, posture, hips, and core, then explain what we see in plain language.

02

Get A Personalized Plan

FIT FOR YOU

Your plan targets coordination, strength, and control based on your triggers and routines. The goal is fewer surprises and more confidence during daily life, workouts, and long days.

03

Restore Strength

RETURN TO NORMAL ROUTINES

Care builds week by week in a way that feels manageable. Many women notice early wins, then keep building toward lifting, exercise, and movement that feels steadier and more comfortable.

WE HANDLE THE PAPERWORK FOR YOU

YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. WE HAVE ANSWERS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can therapy help if my symptoms only show up later in the day?

Yes, that’s really common. As you get tired, your support system can fade, so we look at what a “real day” does to your body and plan around that.

I only notice leakage during workouts. Do I need therapy?

You probably do, even if it only happens at the gym. Leaks with lifting or impact usually come down to timing and pressure control, and therapy helps you get that back.

How do I know if my symptoms are pelvic floor or something else?

It can be hard to tell, because hips, low back, core, and pelvic floor all work together. An evaluation helps sort it out so you’re not guessing or chasing the wrong fix.

Will I need an internal exam?

Not necessarily. You can start with external testing and movement work, and you stay in control the whole time.

How do I get ready for my first appointment?

Think about when symptoms hit and what tends to trigger them, even quick notes on your phone help. Bring postpartum or surgical info if you have it, and if you don’t, that’s okay too.
