You’re Not Alone

These symptoms can show up after pregnancy, after pelvic or abdominal surgery, during menopause, or after years of stress on the core and hips. Sometimes there’s no “big” moment that explains it, and that can feel frustrating. Many women keep it to themselves and just deal, even when it affects sleep, workouts, intimacy, and long workdays. Here, you get real answers. We start with your story, then check how your breathing, posture, hips, and core work together, because pelvic floor problems rarely live in one spot.

THE ROADMAP

A Straightforward Plan That Makes Sense

No guessing. No confusing steps. Just a path you can follow.

01

Evaluate And Understand

WE START WITH YOUR STORY

Your first visit is a conversation, then a full-body look at what’s contributing. We assess pelvic floor function alongside breathing, posture, hips, and core, and we explain what we find in plain language.

02

Get A Personalized Plan

BUILT AROUND YOUR REAL LIFE

Your plan is based on what triggers symptoms for you, like long shifts, school pickup, workouts, or sitting at a desk all day. We focus on coordination, strength, and control so daily life feels more predictable.

03

Restore Strength

BACK TO THE THINGS YOU MISS

Care builds in small steps that don’t feel overwhelming. Over time, you’ll work toward walking, lifting, exercise, and everyday movement with less pressure, fewer leaks, and more confidence.

WE HANDLE THE PAPERWORK FOR YOU

YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. WE HAVE ANSWERS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will that heavy feeling ever go away?

In many cases, yes. It often shows up after long days, lifting, or standing a lot, and therapy helps your body manage pressure so that “dragging” feeling fades.

I leak a little when I exercise. Should I stop?

You usually don’t need to quit, but you may need a smarter reset. We work on breathing, timing, and support first, then build you back into impact or heavier work in steps.

Could my back or hip pain be connected to this?

Yes, it can be, and it surprises a lot of people. When pelvic support is off, your hips and low back often pick up the slack, which can leave you sore or tight.

Do I need an internal exam to improve?

Not always. Many people start with external testing and movement-based care, and you choose what you’re comfortable with if other options come up.

How long before I notice progress?

A lot of people feel small shifts within a few visits, like fewer “close calls” or less pressure by the end of the day. The more you can keep up with the simple at-home steps, the faster things tend to stick.
