Look How Far You've Come
Three months postpartum.
Pause for a moment and recognize how much you've carried, adapted to, and learned.
Your body is still healing. That's important to remember.
If symptoms like leaking, pain, heaviness, weakness, or discomfort are lingering, you are not failing—and you are not alone.
Many women assume they simply need more time. Sometimes what they need is support.
What Your Body Is Doing Right Now
At twelve weeks postpartum, recovery is still ongoing. While you may feel stronger than you did in the early weeks, your pelvic floor, core, posture, strength, endurance, and movement patterns continue adapting after pregnancy and birth.
Many women are surprised to learn that symptoms can still be present at this stage. Healing does not end at six weeks — or even twelve weeks. Recovery continues as your body rebuilds strength and function over time.

Small Things That May Help
Take a moment today to check in with your body without judgment. What feels stronger? What still feels hard?
Recovery is easier to appreciate when we recognize progress — not just what still feels challenging.
Support During Postpartum Recovery
Pelvic floor physical therapy can help support healing after birth by addressing recovery, movement, pelvic floor function, core rehabilitation, bladder and bowel concerns, scar mobility, and return to exercise.

Progress, Not Perfection
Healing is not about perfection.
It's about progress. Recovery after pregnancy is rarely linear, and every body heals at its own pace.
And you've already come so far.
