Your Body Is Learning in Real Time
This week, baby's bones are becoming stronger, and growth continues at an incredible pace.
Meanwhile, your body is expanding circulation to support both of you. You may notice headaches, mild congestion, or moments where you feel warmer than usual.
Pregnancy is not just growth—it's adaptation. And your body is learning in real time.
Baby at Week 15
This week, baby is about the size of an apple and continues growing rapidly. Bones are becoming stronger, muscles are developing, and baby is becoming increasingly active, even though you may not feel those movements yet.
Important development continues throughout the nervous system, skeletal system, and internal organs. Each week brings new milestones as baby grows and matures.
Why You Feel So Different Right Now
Your body continues increasing blood volume and circulation to support pregnancy. These changes help deliver oxygen and nutrients to both you and baby, but they can sometimes contribute to headaches, mild congestion, feeling warm, or occasional lightheadedness.
As your body changes, your center of gravity also begins to shift. Movement may start feeling a little different than it did before pregnancy—not necessarily harder, just different.
These changes are signs of your body's ongoing adaptation and preparation for the months ahead.

Small Things That May Help
Take a short walk today, even five or ten minutes if it feels good. Gentle movement can support circulation, mood, and energy.
The goal isn't to push harder—it's simply to keep supporting your body in ways that feel sustainable and comfortable.
Support During Pregnancy
Pregnancy-focused physical therapy is not only for pain. Many women benefit from support with posture, breathing mechanics, movement strategies, pelvic floor awareness, and overall comfort as pregnancy progresses.

Your Body Is Already Doing Important Work
You don't have to force productivity right now.
Growing a baby requires constant adaptation, much of which happens behind the scenes. Every day, your body is responding, adjusting, and supporting what both you and baby need.
Trust that the work you're doing matters, even when it doesn't look productive from the outside.
