McKenna was born and raised in Arizona. She grew up playing soccer and being outside as much as she could. Currently loves lifting weights, running and still being outside every chance she gets. McKenna completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at South College in Knoxville, TN. This profession has allowed her to combine her love of fitness and helping people reach their goals. Continuing her education, she has completed her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and dry needling certifications. McKenna is passionate about inspiring others to improve their pain, become more active, get back to what they want to do and achieve more.
Nicole is originally from Michigan. She received her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Grand Valley State University. She later completed her Master’s degree in Sports Health Care from A.T. Still University. Eventually returning to complete her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University. She has been working as a PA in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery for over 13 years now! Nicole has been married to her husband, James, for over 20 years. They have two children, a boy and a girl, as well as a 14 year old mutt named Jellybean.
