OVERVIEW
Vertigo can make normal movement feel risky. You look over your shoulder, and the room tilts. You bend to tie a shoe, and the floor seems to slide. Sometimes it hits in a quick burst. Other times, it hangs on and leaves you wiped out.
We work with vertigo every day. It can show up after a cold, a long drive, a fall, or a stretch of neck tension. Some clients wake up with it and cannot point to one clear cause. Therapy helps your balance system calm down so you can move through your day without bracing for the next spin.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Call the clinic or schedule online. We will walk you through what the first visit looks like and what to bring. Wear clothes you can move in and bring any referral notes or recent test results.

Many clients start with one to two visits per week. Early sessions stay gentle and controlled so symptoms do not spike. We focus on easing dizziness and rebuilding tolerance to normal motion. As you feel steadier, we spread visits out.
DIAGNOSE
EXAM & IMAGING
We begin with clear details. What sets the dizziness off? How long it lasts? Whether you feel spinning, drifting, or lightheadedness. We test balance and watch eye movement during small head turns.
TREATMENTS
CUSTOM TREATMENT PROGRAM
Treatment stays calm and step by step. If vertigo points to an inner ear issue, we guide specific head and body movements that can reset the signal. If your system needs retraining, we use short drills that connect eye tracking with head motion.
FOLLOW UP
WE CALL TO CHECK IN
Each visit starts with a quick update. We look at how often dizziness shows up, what movements trigger it, and how intense it feels. We recheck balance and add challenge only when you are ready.

Office was very welcoming from the moment you walked into the office, Marissa and Kelsey were there to greet me. They know all of their patients and treat them like family. Dr. Dault was AMAZING. SHE listened and really searched to find the answers to my pain. Eric was very thorough when doing my ultrasound to diagnose my issue. Their recommendations helped me and in the end my pain decreased! Thank you to the entire team!

I was in a pretty dark place before starting at the Chandler location. My low back pain was completely debilitating and affecting the quality of my life for many years. I saw Phil once a week for 6 weeks and feel stronger and more confident than I have in many, many years. Phil explained the results of my MRI in great detail and answered my questions (as trivial as they might have been) with respect and understanding... I have been to many physical therapists before and the results I got here were the best. I highly recommend the Chandler location and will go back again if I ever need to!

Where do I start with the praise for this Team of miracle workers... I had suffered from chronic lower back pain for the last 8 years due to 32 years of golf and upper back pain due to 13 years of sitting at a desk. I utilized a chiropractor for the past 7 years but the pain ALWAYS came back and I NEVER got better. One visit with Dr. Josh and two X-rays showed the problem was stemming from my foot and a collapsing arch—which my previous chiropractor NEVER took the time to explore and diagnose.

Answering Your Questions
Why does vertigo feel worse when I roll over in bed?
Bed turns change head position fast, and that can set off spinning. Many people notice it most when they lie down, roll to one side, or sit up quickly. We test those positions in a safe way. Then we use targeted moves to calm the response so bed does not feel like a trap.
Should I stop driving if I feel dizzy?
If you feel spinning, drifting, or a delay when you turn your head, do not drive that day. It is not worth the risk. Once symptoms are more controlled, many people can drive again with a few simple rules, like avoiding quick lane checks. We can also practice safe head turns so driving feels normal again.
Do I need a scan before I start therapy?
Many people do not. Vertigo often comes from balance system changes that respond well to testing and treatment in the clinic. If your doctor ordered imaging, bring the results. If we see warning signs during your exam, we will tell you and help you coordinate next steps.
Why do I feel “off” even when the spinning stops?
A lot of people describe it as floating, lagging, or feeling like the floor is soft. That can happen when your brain starts guarding against motion. It can also happen when your eyes and balance signals do not match well. The plan usually includes drills that tighten that timing so you feel more grounded again.
What is one small thing I can do today that helps?
Pick one safe movement and do it slowly a few times. Sit to stand with a short pause. A short walk in a quiet area. A gentle head turn while you focus on a spot on the wall. Small practice tells your system that movement is safe, and that builds confidence day by day.
