OVERVIEW
At Modern Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine of South East Tucson, AZ, pelvic floor rehab helps people who feel like something in their body changed, and they can’t quite pinpoint why. Some deal with small leaks that show up at the worst times. Others feel pressure, soreness, or a pulling sensation that makes walking or standing uncomfortable. Some feel tight all the time from stress. Others feel weaker after childbirth or surgery and can’t get comfortable no matter how they sit or move. These muscles play a bigger role than most people realize. When they’re too tight or too weak, everything from the hips to the lower back feels different. We start by looking at how you breathe, how you stand, and how your pelvis reacts during simple movement. Once we understand what’s happening, we build a plan that feels manageable.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Scheduling is easy. Call Modern Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine of South East Tucson, AZ, or request a visit online. Our staff walks you through the first visit so you’re not left guessing about anything.

Pelvic floor changes take time. Most people come in weekly or every other week. Each session adds a little more control and comfort.
DIAGNOSE
EXAM & IMAGING
Your therapist checks how you breathe, how your core reacts when you move, and how your hips and lower back influence the pelvic floor. These issues rarely come from one spot. We piece together the full picture so the plan matches your body.
TREATMENTS
CUSTOM TREATMENT PROGRAM
Treatment depends on what you need. Some need calming work because everything feels too tight. Others need strength because the muscles aren’t supporting them well. Some need better coordination so the pelvic floor stops overreacting. Your plan evolves as your body improves.

Had a rib out of place and resulting back pain. Noah and his team had me feeling better after 1 visit, and 90% pain free after 6 weeks. I kept up the exercises at home and can’t remember the last time I had back pain. They were even flexible with all the traveling I do for work.

Noah and his team are amazing! I love that they not only focus on getting you out of pain but also teach you how to prevent it and other injuries from recurring. I feel like not only has he addressed my immediate pain but he has improved my total health and fitness.

I enjoyed my time as a patient here! Not only did they help me get back to normal and pain-free, but everyone there is so personable, kind, caring and helpful. I always looked forward to my visits there because it was such a great environment. If I had to do physical therapy again, I’d definitely go back!

Answering Your Questions
What symptoms can pelvic floor rehab help with?
Leaks during movement. Pelvic pressure that makes standing unpleasant. Pain linked to tight muscles. Postpartum discomfort. Hip or low-back irritation tied to core weakness. We adjust everything to match your needs.
Does pelvic floor rehab help men?
Yes. Men deal with tension, pain, and coordination issues, too. The approach is simply shaped around their anatomy and comfort.
Why do these issues show up without a clear cause?
Small habits add up. Long commutes, stress, posture, childbirth, aging, or even old injuries can shift how the pelvic floor behaves. We explain what likely changed and how to support the area moving forward.
Will treatment feel awkward?
Most people expect that, but it’s usually much gentler than they think. We explain every step. You decide the pace. At Modern Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine of South East Tucson, AZ, comfort always comes first.
How long until I notice improvement?
"Our goal is to help you solve some of your most painful life experiences."
