OVERVIEW
Vertigo makes daily life feel unstable. You turn your head, and the room shifts. You sit up in bed, and a spin hits fast. Some episodes pass in seconds. Others linger and force you to pause and wait.
At our South East Tucson clinic, we treat vertigo often. It may start after a virus, a fall, or a tough stretch of poor sleep. Some clients never find a clear trigger. Therapy helps your balance system settle so you can move with more trust again.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Call the clinic or book online. Our team will explain the first visit and what to expect. Wear comfortable clothes and bring any notes or test results you have. The first session stays simple.

Most clients begin with one or two visits each week. Early sessions stay light and controlled. We work on easing dizziness and helping your system adapt. As symptoms calm down, visits are spread out.
DIAGNOSE
EXAM & IMAGING
We start with your story. What does the dizziness feel like, and when does it hit. We check balance and watch how your eyes track while your head moves. We also check posture and neck motion if you feel tight or sore.
TREATMENTS
CUSTOM TREATMENT PROGRAM
Treatment stays steady and predictable. If an inner ear issue drives the spinning, we guide gentle head and body moves that can settle the system. If your balance reflexes need retraining, we use short drills that link your eyes, head, and feet again.
FOLLOW UP
WE CALL TO CHECK IN
Each session starts with a quick check-in. We review how often dizziness shows up and how strong it feels. We test balance during normal motions like turning or bending. When you improve, we add safe challenges such as walking with head turns and quick direction changes.

Office was very welcoming from the moment you walked into the office, Marissa and Kelsey were there to greet me. They know all of their patients and treat them like family. Dr. Dault was AMAZING. SHE listened and really searched to find the answers to my pain. Eric was very thorough when doing my ultrasound to diagnose my issue. Their recommendations helped me and in the end my pain decreased! Thank you to the entire team!

I was in a pretty dark place before starting at the Chandler location. My low back pain was completely debilitating and affecting the quality of my life for many years. I saw Phil once a week for 6 weeks and feel stronger and more confident than I have in many, many years. Phil explained the results of my MRI in great detail and answered my questions (as trivial as they might have been) with respect and understanding... I have been to many physical therapists before and the results I got here were the best. I highly recommend the Chandler location and will go back again if I ever need to!

Where do I start with the praise for this Team of miracle workers... I had suffered from chronic lower back pain for the last 8 years due to 32 years of golf and upper back pain due to 13 years of sitting at a desk. I utilized a chiropractor for the past 7 years but the pain ALWAYS came back and I NEVER got better. One visit with Dr. Josh and two X-rays showed the problem was stemming from my foot and a collapsing arch—which my previous chiropractor NEVER took the time to explore and diagnose.

SEVERE PAIN
If you are experiencing severe pain that is not intolerable, don’t wait. Call 911 or proceed directly to your nearby hospital. When the emergency is treated, we will then be prepared to work together to assist you in gaining longer-term relief.
MODERATE PAIN / DISCOMFORT
Maybe your pain isn’t keeping you back, but it is making daily living a bit harder than it has to be. If it’s sharp, annoying, or keeps coming back, let us know what you’re dealing with. We can start together to investigate why it’s happening and how we can make it better.
MINOR PAINS & ACHES
Minor aches may not seem significant, but sometimes they are your body’s way of telling you it needs a helping hand. The stiffness, soreness, or occasional pains are great things to bring to our attention. Let us know what you’ve been experiencing, and we’ll point you in the direction of care that prevents small issues from turning into large ones.

Answering Your Questions
Will the exercises trigger symptoms?
Sometimes they do. That does not mean you are getting worse. It usually feels like a quick wave, then it settles. We keep the dose small and we build up slowly. If it feels like too much, we stop and let your body calm down. Over time, that “uh oh” feeling shows up less and fades faster.
How many visits will I need?
Most people want a straight number. The truth is it depends on the cause and how long you have dealt with it. Some clients feel steadier after a few visits. Others need several weeks, especially if they have avoided movement for a while. We check your progress each time, then we adjust the plan so you are not guessing.
Can screens and busy spaces make it worse?
Yes. A phone screen can be a trigger. Big box stores can be a trigger too. Fast head turns, bright lights, and moving crowds can stack up and make you feel off. We work on this in a practical way. We plan short exposure, then we add time as your tolerance grows. You learn what helps you stay steady in real places.
Is vertigo always an inner ear problem?
No. The inner ear can cause it, but the neck and eyes can play a role. If your neck feels locked up, your head motion gets choppy. That can confuse your balance system. Some people also get dizzy when their eyes do not track smoothly. We test all of it, then we treat what we find.
What should I do at home on a rough day?
Move slower, but keep moving. Sit up, pause, then stand. Turn your head in small steps. Drink water and eat a normal meal. If you can, do one short drill and see how it feels. If it spikes symptoms, stop, rest for a bit, then try gentle walking later. Too much bed rest can make the next day harder.
