OVERVIEW
With pelvic floor rehab you feel steady and in control again. These muscles sit deep in your core and keep everything supported. When they stop working right, you might notice leaks, pressure, or pain that shows up out of nowhere. Some people come in after pregnancy or surgery. Others deal with tension that’s built up over the years.
Your therapist starts by asking questions and watching how you move and breathe, then tests how those muscles are firing. Treatment focuses on simple steps that make a real difference, including gentle strengthening, stretching, and coordination work.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Call the Chandler office or request an appointment online using our simple form. In addition to setting a date for you, our staff will explain what to expect, how to prepare, and what the first visit looks like.

Office was very welcoming from the moment you walked into the office, Marissa and Kelsey were there to greet me. They know all of their patients and treat them like family. Dr. Dault was AMAZING. SHE listened and really searched to find the answers to my pain. Eric was very thorough when doing my ultrasound to diagnose my issue. Their recommendations helped me and in the end my pain decreased! Thank you to the entire team!

I was in a pretty dark place before starting at the Chandler location. My low back pain was completely debilitating and affecting the quality of my life for many years. I saw Phil once a week for 6 weeks and feel stronger and more confident than I have in many, many years. Phil explained the results of my MRI in great detail and answered my questions (as trivial as they might have been) with respect and understanding... I have been to many physical therapists before and the results I got here were the best. I highly recommend the Chandler location and will go back again if I ever need to!
