OVERVIEW
People come in for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes it’s leaking during a workout or a cough you didn’t expect. Sometimes it’s that dragging feeling from a mild prolapse that shows up by the end of the day. Others have a deep ache from endometriosis or bladder pain from IC that seems to flare on its own. Constipation, pelvic pressure, pain with intimacy, even testicular pain, these things show up more often than people think. Postpartum patients arrive trying to sort out what’s normal and what isn’t. It’s a wide mix, but it usually connects back to how the pelvic floor is handling its job.
These muscles don’t complain loudly at first. They just tighten, or stop supporting, or hold tension in ways you don’t notice until daily life starts feeling “off.” Maybe it hurts to sit. Maybe urgency hits out of nowhere. Maybe you just feel heavy in your pelvis by the afternoon. None of it is something you have to live with. Therapy helps calm things down and rebuild control.

Eric and his staff were awesome. I'm 71 years old and still very athletic. They did a fantastic job getting me back to the sports I love. I think they are the best physical therapy place in Phoenix

Everyone is very knowledgeable and they explain what is going on and why you are doing particular exercises. I would recommend them!!

These people are wonderful. I had A fall down some stairs and had trouble with movement in my right knee. Hey they did a complete evaluation and then came up with a plan that worked me hard enough for progress but didn’t leave me sore. I started being able to bend my knee 90 degrees and after five weeks we were at 115 degrees! I highly recommend their friendly knowledgeable staff.
