THE ROADMAP
Your Plan For Feeling Better
A simple, step-by-step approach from the first visit forward, so you can feel steady in your body again.
01
Evaluate And Clarify
WE START WITH LISTENING
Your first visit centers on what you feel and what you want back. We look at how your pelvic floor works with your breathing, posture, hips, and core so we can spot patterns that keep symptoms going.
02
Build Your Personal Plan
MADE FOR YOUR LIFE
Your care plan focuses on control, coordination, and strength. We target the real cause, so daily routines feel more predictable and you spend less time bracing for leaks or pressure.
03
Rebuild Support Over Time
GET BACK TO YOUR ROUTINES
Progress stacks week by week. Many women notice small wins early, like fewer surprises and more comfort in the day. Over time, your body handles lifting, walking, workouts, and long days with better support.

YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. WE HAVE ANSWERS
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
My symptoms feel worse later in the day. Is that normal?
Yes, you’re not imagining it. When you’re tired or you’ve been on your feet or sitting a lot, symptoms can flare.
I only leak during workouts. Do I still need therapy?
It still counts, even if it’s “only at the gym.” That kind of leaking is often about timing and pressure, not just strength.
I’m not sure this is pelvic floor related. What if it’s something else?
That’s a super common feeling. A good evaluation helps connect the dots and rule things in or out, so you’re not guessing.
Do I have to do an internal exam?
No. You can start without one, and you stay in control of what happens at every step.
How should I prepare for my first visit in East Mesa?
Think about when it happens and what makes it worse, even quick notes help. Bring any surgery or postpartum details if you have them, and if you don’t, that’s fine too.
