Brianne is a highly experienced physical therapist with over 17 years of experience. She has extensive training in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. She is a certified integrative manual therapist, a foot and ankle specialist, a running technique specialist, a barefoot training specialist, and has experience with diagnostic ultrasound. Brianne’s mission as a therapist is to help you recover from your injuries and get back to the things you love to do.
Fun Fact: She hasn’t seen the clock strike midnight in the better part of a decade.
Jamie is a physical therapist assistant with 16 years of experience with a passion for sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. She is enthusiastic in helping patients of all ages return to the things they love that are limited, whether it be baking pies, or running a marathon. She values constructive communication, education, thinking outside of the box, and is patient centered in her treatments. Her and her husband are originally from Chicago land and moved in 2022 with their now 4 year old twins. She loves spending time with her family, friends, church, traveling, being active, and volunteers in the anti-human trafficking realm.

Julius attended McPherson College in McPherson, Kansas, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. While at McPherson College, I played football for the Bulldogs from 2011 to 2013. Over the course of two years, I established First Team AllConference honors. Following my college career, I pursued a professional football career, starting with playing for the Salina Bombers arena football team in Salina, Kansas from 2013 to 2015, followed by stints with the Omaha Beef in Omaha, Nebraska in 2017. Coaching and training have become integral passions throughout my playing career. He was Assistant Offensive Coordinator for varsity football at Shadow Mountain High School from 2013 to 2015 and held positions as the Offensive Coordinator for the freshman team at Westwood High School in Mesa, Arizona in 2016, Tempe Prep Academy from 2019 to 2020, and Mountain Pointe High School from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, I coached the freshman team at Chaparral High School from 2021 to 2022. In 2023. For collegiate coaching, he coached Gila River Community College in Chandler, Arizona as the Offensive Coordinator and Wide Receivers coach. He is pursuing a masters degree in strengthening conditioning. Amber Crist, originally from Indiana and now based in Arizona, brings both heart and dedication to her role as Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager at Modern Physical Therapy. She thrives on creating a welcoming, organized environment where patients feel supported from the moment they walk in the door—whether that’s answering questions, scheduling appointments, or helping coordinate care. With a genuine passion for helping others, Amber loves connecting with patients and working alongside her team to ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care. Her enthusiasm for serving the community shines through in every aspect of her work.
When she’s not at the office, Amber cherishes quality time with her two daughters—whether it’s enjoying outdoor adventures, traveling to new places, or attending live concerts. A lover of live music and the great outdoors, she brings that same joyful energy to her personal life that she shares with her patients.

Nicole is originally from Michigan. She received her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Grand Valley State University. She later completed her Master’s degree in Sports Health Care from A.T. Still University. Eventually returning to complete her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University. She has been working as a PA in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery for over 13 years now! Nicole has been married to her husband, James, for over 20 years. They have two children, a boy and a girl, as well as a 14 year old mutt named Jellybean.

Kristen Braccio is a dedicated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist originally from Florida. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, one of the nation’s leading programs in movement science and rehabilitation.
Kristen is certified through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor and women’s health conditions. She is experienced in treating a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, and other common pelvic floor dysfunctions.
