OVERVIEW
Vertigo is more than a brief dizzy spell. It’s the feeling that the room is spinning or that you’re moving when you’re not. Some people feel it when they roll over in bed. Others feel it when they turn too fast or walk through a store. Along with the spinning comes nausea, lightheadedness, and the fear of falling.
Sometimes vertigo starts in the inner ear. Sometimes it comes from how the neck and eyes work together to keep balance. Once we know what’s behind it, we make a plan that fits your situation.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Vertigo recovery takes steady work. Most patients need a few visits spaced out over several weeks. You might notice small changes first, like less spinning when you roll in bed. Progress builds as your system adapts and learns to stay balanced.
DIAGNOSE
EXAM & IMAGING
We start with basic tests to see how your body reacts to movement. You sit, stand, and turn your head while we watch how your eyes and balance respond. Certain positions might cause brief dizziness. That reaction helps us find the source. We check the inner ear, neck, and visual coordination.
TREATMENTS
CUSTOM TREATMENT PROGRAM
Your care depends on what we find. If small crystals in your inner ear are out of place, we guide you through repositioning maneuvers to move them back. If your balance system is overreacting, we use controlled eye and head exercises to retrain it. When the neck plays a role, we add gentle motion and posture work.
FOLLOW UP
WE CALL TO CHECK IN
We regularly want to check in to see how your symptoms change, adjust exercises, and teach you what to do if vertigo returns. These sessions make your results last longer and give you tools for home care.

I am so thankful I went to see them after having both my hips replaced! The staff there truly care about you, and you are not just "another patient" and revenue stream. They work with you, and if something they want you to do doesn't work for your body configuration, they will give you other things to do (this happened to me). Brianne and her staff are top shelf, and I cannot recommend this enough to folks. If you need PT/Rehab go see them!

This team got me through a painful shoulder injury. The atmosphere at the facility is positive and fun, and the therapists are very patient, especially with us seniors! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for physical therapy.

What Are You Experiencing?
Pain is difficult to articulate, and you don’t need to have the “right” words. Just tell us how you have been feeling it. Use the brief form to tell us in your own words like sharp, dull, or won’t stop. We will then contact you so that we can talk a little bit about what might be happening and how we may be able to help.
LOW HIGH
SEVERE PAIN
If the pain is intolerable, don’t wait. Call 911 or go straight to the hospital. Safety is foremost. Then, after addressing that, we’ll be able to assist you in the next steps toward comfort.
MODERATE PAIN / DISCOMFORT
This kind of pain is not going to keep you from doing things, but it makes daily life difficult. Maybe it hits in bursts, maybe it is always there. Describe it as best you can. That’s all we need in order to start to understand what is happening.
MINOR PAINS & ACHES
Even small aches matter. That morning stiffness in your lower back, muscle aches in your legs after a day, or that pesky spot you’ve been ignoring. Those are things we want to talk about. Tell us what you’ve been feeling, and we’ll do our best to get ahead of it.

Answering Your Questions
Why do I feel dizzy when I move my head?
It often happens when tiny crystals in the inner ear move where they shouldn’t or when the neck muscles send mixed signals to the brain. Both confuse your balance system. Once we identify the cause, we can correct it with simple, guided movement.
How long does vertigo treatment take?
Every case is different. Some people feel better after a few sessions. Others take a few weeks to see full improvement. The key is steady care and following your home plan between visits.
Can lack of sleep or stress make vertigo worse?
Yes. Fatigue and stress change how the brain processes balance signals. We talk about sleep, hydration, and simple routines that help your recovery move faster.
Is treatment safe for people who have fallen before?
Yes. Every exercise is done with safety in mind. We support you during movement and keep things at a pace that feels secure. Most patients who start with poor balance finish therapy feeling steadier and more confident.
What if vertigo comes back later?
Vertigo can return, especially after illness or long travel. Once you’ve been treated, you’ll know what to do. We teach you early steps to manage symptoms at home and let you know when to come in for a quick follow-up.
"Our goal is to help you solve some of your most painful life experiences."
