You’re Not Alone
Pelvic floor symptoms show up in a lot of different situations. After pregnancy. After surgery. During perimenopause or menopause. Sometimes with no clear reason at all.
Most women adjust quietly and for a long time. A liner just in case. Certain exercises were dropped from the routine. Knowing every bathroom between the parking lot and the door. It becomes normal. It does not have to be.
We listen first. Then we look at how breathing, posture, hips, and core all connect to pelvic support, because symptoms rarely come from one place. The plan gets built around what is actually causing them.

You Are Not Alone
Pelvic floor symptoms can start after pregnancy, after pelvic or abdominal surgery, during menopause, or after years of tension and strain that quietly adds up. Sometimes there’s no obvious reason, which can feel frustrating. Many women stay quiet and adjust, extra bathroom stops, skipping certain workouts, wearing pads “just in case,” pushing through pressure that shows up at the worst times. Here, you get straight answers. We listen first, then look at how your breathing, posture, hips, and core affect pelvic support so your plan matches what’s really going on.

THE ROADMAP
A Clear Path Forward
Simple care from the first visit, with progress you can feel.
01
Evaluate And Understand
WE LISTEN FIRST
Your first visit is a conversation before it is anything else. We want to hear what your day looks like, what triggers symptoms, and what you want back. From there we look at how the pelvic floor works alongside breathing, posture, hips, and core. We explain what we find in plain language. No jargon, no assumptions.
02
Get A Personalized Plan
FIT FOR YOU
Your plan targets the coordination, strength, and timing issues behind your specific symptoms. Built around your routines and your triggers. The goal is fewer surprises and more confidence through workouts, long days, and the moments that used to need a backup plan.
03
Restore Strength
RETURN TO NORMAL ROUTINES
Progress builds week by week. Not overwhelming, just consistent. Most women notice real early changes, then keep building toward the lifting, exercise, and movement that started feeling off-limits before care started.

WE HANDLE THE PAPERWORK FOR YOU
YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. WE HAVE ANSWERS
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Symptoms only get bad later in the day. Does that change anything?
It actually helps us understand what is going on. When the body gets tired, the whole support system fades, not just the pelvic floor. We look at what a full day does to your body and build the plan around that.
I only leak during workouts. Is therapy still worth it?
For most people, yes. Leaks with impact or lifting are usually about pressure timing and coordination, not just weakness. Therapy addresses that without asking you to stop doing what you enjoy.
How do I know if it is the pelvic floor or something else?
Hips, low back, core, and pelvic floor all pull in the same direction. It can be hard to separate them from the outside. The evaluation helps figure this.
Do I have to have an internal exam?
No. External assessment and movement testing are where we start. You stay in control of what you are comfortable with the whole time.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
Think about when symptoms hit and what tends to set them off. Notes on your phone are fine. Postpartum or surgical records are helpful if you have them, but do not worry if you do not have everything ready.
