I Have Delivered

The birth is done, but recovery is still very much in progress. Leaking is still a problem. Your core does not feel connected. You have scar tissue from a tear or cesarean that was never mentioned at discharge. We help you understand what is going on and put a real plan behind it.

Birth Changes the Body. Recovery Deserves Real Care

Think about it this way. Childbirth puts the body through as much as a major surgical procedure. Nobody skips physical therapy after a hip replacement. Why would recovery after having a baby be treated any differently?

Women who do not get proper postpartum rehab often end up quietly managing symptoms for years. Urinary leakage. Painful scarring from a cesarean or episiotomy. Chronic back pain. Discomfort during sex that came out of nowhere and never got addressed.

Every woman deserves proper rehab after childbirth, regardless of how the delivery went. We are here to help you come back stronger than before.

Common After Birth Does Not Mean You Have To Live With It

Women come in after being told that leaking or pelvic pain was simply part of motherhood. Some waited over a year before looking for a different answer. Most of what they were dealing with responded well to treatment once someone properly assessed it. Does any of this sound familiar?

Pain while walking

Pelvis, hips, or low back aching during everyday tasks.

Fear of Tearing

Worry about what labor will do and what healing looks like after.

Safe Workouts

Wanting to stay active but not sure where the safe limit is.

Urinary Leaking

Sneezing, laughing, or lifting triggers leaks you are managing around.

A Better Recovery Plan For Every Stage

A real assessment from the start. No generic programs handed over without context. Here is how it goes.

1. Checkup Before Birth

Labor mechanics, pushing strategies, breathing, and tearing prevention. The preparation that gets left out when prenatal appointments run short.

2. Rehab Right After Delivery

Early assessment for diastasis recti, pelvic floor function, and scar tissue from tearing or cesarean incision. Starting earlier means less to work through later.

3. Full Recovery

Back to the movement and exercise that matters. Getting through a full day without symptoms, deciding what is and is not possible.

YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. WE HAVE ANSWERS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I just found out I am pregnant. Is it too early to come in?

Not at all. Starting care during pregnancy rather than waiting for problems to develop tends to make the whole experience more manageable. Early assessment means early answers.

I had a difficult delivery. How soon can I be seen postpartum?

There is no set waiting period. The sooner an assessment happens after delivery the less complicated the recovery tends to be. The team works with you wherever you are in the process.

I had a cesarean and do not have obvious pelvic floor symptoms. Do I still need therapy?

Yes. Cesarean delivery affects the abdominal wall, core function, and incision site in ways that directly impact recovery even without obvious pelvic floor symptoms. Scar tissue from the incision alone warrants proper attention.

My doctor said everything looks fine at my six-week checkup. Why would I need therapy?

A six-week clearance confirms basic healing. It does not assess pelvic floor function, core activation, scar tissue quality, or movement patterns. Feeling cleared is not the same as being fully recovered.

I am months postpartum and symptoms are still present. Is there still a point in coming in?

Yes. Postpartum symptoms that have been present for months often still respond well to treatment once the actual drivers are identified. How long something has been going on does not determine whether it can improve.
