HEAD
Head pain can wear you down fast. It might start as tension behind your eyes or a dull pressure that won’t let go. A lot of times it ties back to stress or tight neck muscles. We take a simple approach to find where it starts, work on easing that pressure, and show you what to do when it tries to come back.
NECK
Neck pain is one of the most common things we see. Phones, computers, long drives all pull the neck out of line. Some people wake up sore, others lose range of motion over time. We stretch what’s tight, strengthen what’s weak, and help you move without that pinch or pull that never seems to quit.
BACK
Back pain can sneak up or hit all at once. It might come from lifting, sitting too long, or stress that builds up in your shoulders. The fix is usually movement. We focus on posture, core control, and small habits that take pressure off your spine. Most people start noticing change in just a few weeks.
HIP
When your hips hurt, everything else feels harder. Walking, bending, even getting in and out of bed takes effort. The pain can come from tight muscles or stiffness in the lower back. We work on balance, strength, and gentle mobility until you can move comfortably again.
ELBOW
Elbow pain is often from overuse. Maybe work, maybe sports, maybe both. We use soft-tissue work and strength training to calm the irritation. Once it settles, we show you how to move smarter so it doesn’t flare again.
WRIST
Wrist pain shows up in people who use their hands a lot, typing, lifting, or even holding a phone. It’s usually inflammation or strain that won’t heal on its own. We help you rest it the right way, improve movement, and get strength back safely.
HAND
Your hands never stop working, so when they hurt, it changes everything. It could be from arthritis, a past injury, or simple overuse. We look at how you move, what causes pain, and work on flexibility and grip until you can use your hands freely again.
KNEE
Knees take the brunt of everything. Running, bending, and carrying weight all add up. Pain here often means the muscles around the joint aren’t doing their share. We build that support back up and get you moving smoother with less strain.
ANKLE
A weak or sore ankle can make you feel off balance. Old sprains, twists, or tight calves are usually the reason. We help restore mobility, improve balance, and make each step more stable.
FOOT
Foot pain can make you change how you walk without even noticing. That can lead to pain somewhere else. We find the cause, sometimes it’s the arch, sometimes it’s tension from the calf, and fix the pattern so you can move normally again.
TOE
Toes matter more than people think. Pain here can change balance and posture. We loosen what’s stiff, improve movement, and work on the muscles that keep your feet steady.
PELVIC
Pelvic pain can come from tightness, weakness, or injury. It’s more common than most people realize. We use slow, guided exercises and relaxation work to bring things back into balance. It’s steady progress, but it works.
