A New, Non-Surgical Breakthrough for
Hand Arthritis
Developed and performed by Dr. Arnold Saha, this advanced vascular procedure—combined with expert hand therapy—offers real relief for hand osteoarthritis without surgery.

Why Hand Osteoarthritis Is So Hard to Treat
Traditional daily activities—gripping, writing, opening jars—can become painful and frustrating.
Steroid Injections
Only temporary relief and can weaken tissues over time.
Medications
Merely masking symptoms without addressing the cause.
Surgery
Significant recovery time and focus on a single joint.
The Revolutionary 1–2 Punch
A comprehensive approach that treats pain first—then restores hand function.
STEP 1
Pain-Targeting Vascular Treatment
Our advanced procedure targets the specific blood vessels contributing to inflammation and pain, providing a foundation for recovery.

Why the 1-2 PUNCH Works
WHEN OTHER TREATMENTS DON’T
CURRENT OPTIONS FALL SHORT:
Temporary relief only
Treat only one joint at a time
Passive care models
Often leads to invasive surgery
The 1–2 Punch Approach
Targets the biological source of pain
Treats the entire hand as a system
Combined Intervention + Rehabilitation
Non-surgical, durable, long-term results
“By combining pain-targeting treatment with expert rehabilitation, we deliver results neither approach can achieve alone.”
