The thoughts that keep men waiting.
These are real concerns. We hear them every day. Here’s the truth.
This is embarrassing. What will the therapist think?"
Our team treats men’s pelvic health every single day. Nothing you say will surprise us. This is clinical work done with full professionalism and discretion — exactly like any other PT visit.
"I thought this was a women's thing."
Men have a pelvic floor too — and it causes just as many problems. About 1 in 5 men experience significant pelvic floor dysfunction. The awareness gap is what keeps men suffering longer than necessary.
"Maybe it'll go away on its own."
Without treatment, pelvic floor problems rarely resolve — they tend to compound. Most men who come to us wish they’d come sooner. The earlier you start, the faster the results.
"My doctor just said to take meds or wait."
Our team treats men’s pelvic health every single day. Nothing you say will surprise us. This is clinical work done with full professionalism and discretion — exactly like any other PT visit.
"I don't want anyone to know I'm coming here."
Your privacy is completely protected. We handle all insurance billing discreetly and the clinic environment is calm and professional. You don’t explain yourself to anyone.
"This must cost a fortune."
We accept most major insurance plans and handle all billing paperwork. For most patients, this is fully covered or minimal out-of-pocket. We verify your benefits before your first visit.
Simple. Clear. Effective.
No mystery. Three steps from your first call to feeling like yourself again.
We start with your story
A full-body conversation — not just symptoms. We look at breathing, posture, movement, and history to understand what’s driving your issue. You leave with a clear picture of what’s happening and why.
Built around your life
No templates. Your plan is built around your anatomy, goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Whether you’re an athlete or work a desk job — it fits your real life, not a generic protocol.
Back to full strength
Progress you can feel — fewer symptoms, better control, more confidence. We track outcomes and adjust as you improve. Most patients see meaningful change within 4–6 sessions.
Why Does ED Happen? The 5 Root Causes
Erectile dysfunction is rarely “just in your head.” Most cases have a physical, muscular,or vascular root — and each responds to a specific treatment.Understanding your cause is the first step to solving it.
FACTOR 1
Cardiovascular & Metabolic
Heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes impair blood flow — the foundation of erectile function.
FACTOR 2
Lifestyle Factors
Diet, exercise habits, and daily routines directly affect vascular and hormonal health
FACTOR 3
Psychological Drivers
Stress, anxiety, and depression are among the most common — and most overlooked — contributors.
FACTOR 4
Hormonal Imbalances
Low testosterone or thyroid irregularities reduce libido and sexual performance significantly.
FACTOR 05 — MOST OFTEN MISSED
Pelvic Floor & Neurological Dysfunction
Tight or weak pelvic floor muscles directly affect erectile function, ejaculation, and nerve signalling — and this is exactly what we treat.
Not sure which factor applies to you?
Our assessment identifies the physical root cause in your first visit — no guesswork, no generic protocols.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can therapy help if my symptoms only show up later in the day?
Yes, that’s really common. As you get tired, your support system can fade, so we look at what a “real day” does to your body and plan around that.
I only notice leakage during workouts. Do I need therapy?
You probably do, even if it only happens at the gym. Leaks with lifting or impact usually come down to timing and pressure control, and therapy helps you get that back.
How do I know if my symptoms are pelvic floor or something else?
It can be hard to tell, because hips, low back, core, and pelvic floor all work together. An evaluation helps sort it out so you’re not guessing or chasing the wrong fix.
Will I need an internal exam?
Not necessarily. You can start with external testing and movement work, and you stay in control the whole time.
How do I get ready for my first appointment?
Think about when symptoms hit and what tends to trigger them, even quick notes on your phone help. Bring postpartum or surgical info if you have it, and if you don’t, that’s okay too.
